- Always have your home ready to show! It is always best to remove clutter when you put your home on the market, it is one of the most cost-effective home selling tips you can make. Also, having a clean home is inviting to buyers. Make sure the kitchen and bathrooms are spotless because buyers pay closer attention to these areas.
- Remove all odors! Smells are powerful and will easily drive a buyer away. However, you may not even notice a smell exist. Ask an outsider, whom you trust, to let you know if there are any unpleasant odors and address them before you show.
